- Discord User ID: Your unique Discord identifier, used to track your Pokemon collection and interactions
- Discord Server ID: The identifier of servers where Nightfire is active, used to deliver moon phase updates and manage encounters
- Interaction Data: Commands you send to the bot and their results, such as Pokemon catches and collection lookups
We do not collect message content, voice data, or any personal information beyond what is listed above.
2. How We Use Information
The data we collect is used exclusively to:
- Deliver moon phase information to your server
- Manage Pokemon encounters and track your collection
- Maintain bot functionality and performance
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on protected servers. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Third-Party Services
Nightfire integrates with the following third-party services:
- Discord API: Used to receive commands and deliver bot responses. Subject to Discord's Privacy Policy
- top.gg: Used for bot discovery and listing. Subject to their own privacy policy
5. Children's Privacy
Nightfire is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as Nightfire is active in servers you participate in. If the bot is removed from all servers you are in, your data may be retained for up to 30 days before being deleted. You may request early deletion by contacting us.

- Request deletion of your data
- Remove the bot from your server at any time
